DOCUMENT EXPECTATIONS
An image PDF is not automatically searchable text
Distinguish embedded page pictures from a text layer and check whether the intended recipient needs OCR.
A PDF can display readable words while containing them only as pixels inside an image. RSSheetPack makes this kind of image document from your selected JPEG and PNG files. It does not recognize characters or add a searchable text layer, so set the correct expectation before using it for a document task.
Separate visual readability from selectable text
A person may read a sharp page photograph comfortably, yet a PDF search command cannot find a word in its image pixels. Selecting or copying text is another different test. The PDF format can contain many kinds of content, so the extension alone does not tell you whether this particular document has a text layer. Test the feature the receiving workflow actually requires.
Know what this tool produces
RSSheetPack embeds each selected image on its own page, fitted according to A4, Letter or image-shaped layout. It does not run OCR, transcribe sentences or rebuild headings as document text. A complete and sharp source is still valuable, but its detail remains image information in this output. The tool is appropriate when a readable image packet is the requested deliverable.
Check the destination requirement before exporting everything
If a process requires searchable text, editable text or an accessible document structure, an image-only packet may not meet that requirement. Use an appropriate OCR or document-authoring workflow and verify its output separately. Character recognition can make mistakes, so important names, numbers and punctuation still need review. Do not assume that any tool labeled PDF automatically performs those additional tasks.
Keep images and text workflows traceable
Retain the prepared source images and the approved image PDF under distinct names. If an OCR derivative is created later, identify it separately and check both the visible pages and recognized content. For a simple photo packet, inspect orientation, order and reading size before sharing. Clear naming and a stated document purpose help a recipient understand why one version displays the pages correctly while another supports additional text operations.
